dtool	Uff, this should bring Panda up to date with the latest version of ffmpeg. We now use AVIOContext instead of URLProtocol, avcodec_decode_audio4 instead of 3, and add support for libswresample to resample the input data to 16-bits signed int since some codecs now give float data.
