Dotta 3bcbd7dab9 fix: preserve managed sessions in sandbox work folders ... Keep managed account session fingerprints stable across temporary homes and copy refreshed native Codex credentials through the actual CLI home. Handle child stdin EPIPE without losing the authoritative exit result. Verify the existing preview database upgrade and refresh the dedicated runner lock.
