In the installation guide, in the "Platform specific installation notes" section, Ubuntu and ArchLinux are currently subsections of Windows, which does not make sense imho.
This commit changes the section tree from:

  -- Archlinux
  -- Ubuntu

To:

- Ubuntu
- Archlinux
