Update & reload output filename option 
Uses localStorage to save the "output filename" option & update text to be clearer that it applies to a single image

also use date variable for zip download

Add filename options 
Adds a new option "Output filename":
- "Default" uses the current default (VERT-Converted_date)
- "Original" uses the original filename

zip file is unchanged

JovannMC d0c608dea4 Make formats appear once in array 
This doesn't cause any issues but just in case: this ensures the formats only appear once in the array instead of having multiple of the same (by using a set)

probably unnecessary but, lol
